1 Main Machine
1.Air inlet and air outlet valves adopt self-regulation explosion proofing type electric butterfly valve to adjust the opening size of throttle fast. Through micropressure transmitter and PLC communication, it can adjust the blowing rate automatically so as to improve stability of the temperature and supplied air, reduce the coating time and ensure the quality of work.
2.Widen two end faces of the front upper box to overcome the difficulty of color steel plate installation and make the operation of two side doors much easier.
3.gear motor and the electric component are explosion-proof.
2 Deflector-type Stirring Paddle
1.Stirring paddle is an important part of coating machine which play a key role in improving the coating quality. Deflector-type stirring paddle is a new type stirrer. It is designed based on to the flow direction and movement curve of materials.
2.When flowing in the radial direction, under the action of deflector-type stirring paddle , materials will do multi-direction crisscross motion like rotating, spreading, tumbling, diffusing and shunting fast and continuously, and will also do s-type axial movement. Meanwhile, a "waves cyclone" is produced in the bed surface. It can make the tablet cores change position constantly to be sprayed evenly, improve the evenness and quality of coating.
3 Unique Controllable Programming Software
1.The control system is composed of PLC programming software, touching-type operating screen and multi-set process date storage. The programming is reasonable and the design is advanced. It has 3 operating functions including "manual operation", "automatic film coating" and "automatic sugar coating". It can meet all the requirements of coating technology for its accurate data and easy operation.
4 Cleansing Air Supply Cabinet
1.Adopts primary, medium and high efficiency low noise air filters(hundred class). Heat exchanger can be used for steam heating , electric heating and steam& electric combined heating depending on user's choice.
2.Steam heating is controlled by steam electric control valve to ensure the accuracy of temperature control.
5 Dust Removal and Air Exhaust Cabinet
1.It is composed of centrifugal fan, dust remover(composed of multiple bag filters), vibrator, vibrating motor, dust hopper and cabinet etc.
2.Adopts contraflow design to make "resting state dust removal" during working, overcome the disadvantage of "traditional dust remover" which is difficult to get the dust off the bag, conform to the permanent wind blowing rate and negative pressure requirements. It has excellent dust removal effect and is easy to install and dismantle.
3.The dust removing motor of dust removal and air exhaust Cabinet is explosion proof.
6 Spray Gun Assembly
1.Adopts imported (Japan Iwata) gun with the function of "three-level" shunting gasification and nozzle exit cleaning. It has advantages such as reasonable design, advanced function, good atomization effect and long service life.
2.the quantity, shape, direction of atomization are adjustable. Cause no blockage, no leakage, easy to clean ,with good atomization effect.
7 Touch Screen
1.Through the touch screen, the process of coating can be dynamically displayed. It realize the human-computer interface operation. The technical index and changement can be adjusted and observed in the process of coating. The date setting and operation will be much easier.
