Boiling drying granulator is applicable to various varieties of granules, large granules, dense granule, porous instant granules and powders in many industries like medicament, chemical, foods etc. It mainly consists of principal machine, auxiliary machine, atomization system and control system. It is a kind of equipment integrating the functions of boiling, granulating, fluidifying and drying. Materials have good dispersing performance, without adhesion phenomenon. This equipment overcomes the disadvantages of traditional boiling drying granulator. Under airtight negative pressure, controlled by PLC, the temperature can be automatically regulated. The operating temperature can be adjusted up to 120ºC. It has a lot of advantages like good effect on boiling granulating, absorb heat evenly, high speed of granulating and drying, good quality of granules etc. It is well received by most users.
Compared with traditional boiling drying granulator,this new type high efficiency granulator has some special features:
1. The rack adopts frame structure. It has advantages like nice appearance, good stability of the bracing, simple manufacturing process and easy to clean.
2. Adopts split type structure. It's easy to install and transport. The manufacturing process is simplified.
3. The middle barrel adopts associating feeding structure. The feeding device can directly connect with the wet type granulator. Utilizing the negative pressure of boiling drying granulator, the materials will be sucked into the barrel of granulator. It can realize dust-free connecting, avoid secondary pollution.
4. The middle and lower parts of barrel adopts double-layer insulation structure. Barrel consists of inner barrel and heat preservation outer barrel. The temperatures of barrel inwall and materials are almost the same. This will prevent the materials moisture condensing into water, so the materials will not stick to the barrel inwall. In this way,energy consumption can be reduced.
5. Material barrel is equipped with hammering part. If materials stick to the barrel inwall,knock with hammer, to make the materials get heat, avoid the unevenness of drying.
6. The bottom of barrel is equipped with stainless steel wire mesh, so materials can absorb heat evenly with high drying speed; avoid the uniformity of material drying caused by the uneven airflow.
7. Multi-bag type dust removal filter is made of waterproof and anti-static filter cloth. It's easy to install and dismounting. Air cylinder adopts inverse position installation so as to cut the installation space. Adopts alternative vibrating bag and automatic control system to remove dust from filter bag and ensure good air breathability.
8. The wall of barrel is equipped with sampling unit. It can realize fast sampling. The entire process is closed.
9. Hot air purification system adopts primary, medium and high efficiency filters to ensure the air cleanness, prevent foreign matter of radiator and impurities in the air entering into barrel.
12. Through man-machine interface control system, process data of granulator can be collected, stored and printed. The equipment operating state and data statistics can be displayed. Through the fault self-diagnosis system, we can get the information of equipment failure and alarm reporting. It can realize the full automation of production technology process and ensure the stability of technology.
13. The air quantity and air pressure in air outlet are adjustable and it adopts frequency speed control. It is applicable to various kinds of medicine.
14. The flow rate of peristaltic pump (spray quantity) can be automatically controlled according to the technological requirements. It meets the pharmaceutical technological requirement.
15. Under airtight negative pressure, the temperature can be automatically controlled through PLC. The operating temperature will always maintain 50~100ºC. It has a lot of advantages like good effect on boiling, absorb heat evenly, high speed of drying and good quality of drying.
16. The container of boiling drying granulator is supported by stainless steel trolley-type rack with nylon universal trundles. It's easy to move. Container overturning adopts stainless steel trapezoid screw structure. It's easy and convenient to operate.
