Mainly used for quick low temperature drying process of Chinese traditional medicine extract, Chinese medicinal crop,traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, pharmaceutical and health care, also widely used for efficient low temperature drying of food, biological engineering, chemical material, heat-sensitive material etc.
Thermal conduction speed of conventional vacuum drying method is slow and in low efficiency, also it is hard to control the temperature. Heated material may be generated different temperature between internal and external.
While Microwave vacuum drying is under vacuum conditions, materials is heated by microwave on a rotating disc, microwave will heat the material directly, by this way both internal and external of the material can be heated at the same time, dispense with the air conduction and convection in order to realize the fast and high quality drying.
